-$1100 plus $300 for assistant
INCLUDES
− Development of detailed event timeline as well as floor plan for any contracted vendors
− On-site coordination & supervision on day of event (for both wedding & reception) plus additional on-site supervisor
-Management & organization of procession
-Contact & coordination with all vendors throughout the day of event
-Set up & breakdown of decorations as needed
-Gift management & bridal flowers management
– Available full day of event from opening of venue/bridal prep time to close of venue (approximately, but not limited to 8-12 hours)
SHORT STORY PACKAGE-Week of coordinator
Let us help you bring together all the last minute arrangements leading up to your special day!
-$1250 plus $300 for assistant
INCLUDES
– Wedding/Reception site visit prior to day of
− Development of detailed event timeline as well as floor plan for any contracted vendors
-Wedding Rehearsal Supervision
− On-site coordination & supervision on day of event (for both wedding & reception) plus additional on-site supervisor
-Management & organization of procession
-Contact with all vendors throughout the week to help schedule and manage all necessary drop-offs & deliveries
-Set up & breakdown of decorations
-Gift management & bridal flowers management
– Just a phone call away all week leading up to the event to help navigate & bring together any last minute details
-Available full day of event from opening of venue/bridal prep time to close of venue (approximately, but not limited to 8-12 hours)
